What exactly is this "Investment"?

We have kept this product simple and straightforward - You provide us with capital liquidity by acquiring £9,000 or more (up to £1,800,000 per Participant), of our digital currency called Universal Capital Coin (UCC). We will pay you a minimum of 6.51% fixed gross return per annum for a 2 year “Lock In” period up to a maximum of 7.86% fixed return per annum for a 5 year “Lock In” period. Returns can be paid to you monthly, directly to your bank account. You have the choice of receiving your capital back after the “Lock In” period expires after two, three or five years. This is achieved by selling the digital currency back to us and we will pay you the original price that you paid for it.

This liquidity is then used to fund our short term secured lending solutions. Our clients who use these products pay between 1% to 3% per month interest, which equates to 12% to 36% per annum. This is how we can fund such a high rate of return for you.

This product is a synthesis between traditional financing and the new technologies of Blockchain and Decentralized Finance (DeFi), which allows us to provide much more value to our clients, which translates into higher returns.

What is Universal Capital Coin (UCC)?

Universal Capital Coin (UCC) is the digital currency which exists on a Blockchain. Acquiring UCC entitles the Holder to a fixed rate of return on their capital of between 6.51% to 7.86% per annum, which can be taken as a monthly income.

The funds raised are being used to fund our short term secured lending solutions. Our Borrowers pay between 1% to 3% per month interest which equates to 12% to 36% per annum. You effectively receive your rates of return from these revenues.

What is the procedure for proceeding

1) You should download our "Invitation Document". This contains all of the information pertaining to this product. Think about whether you would like a Lock In period of 2, 3 or 5 years. You can use the calculators to work out what your monthly return will be.

We will then send you confirmation of acceptance with an official KFI Illustration and Terms Document confirming the monthly figures and a summary of the main terms.
 
3)  Ensure that you have set up your digital wallet so that you can receive and hold our digital currency Universal Capital Coin (UCC). You should follow the instructions we have provided on this website. We recommend MetaMask (https://www.universalprivateequity.co.uk/set-up-digital-wallet)or Trust Wallet.(https://www.universalprivateequity.co.uk/set-up-digital-wallet) You can of course use any other Decentralized Finance (DeFi) digital wallet provider you wish to.

4) When you decide that you wish to proceed, sign the KFI Illustration and Terms Document electronically to confirm that you accept the figures and that you have received the "Terms and Conditions" and the "Invitation Document". If you have not already done so with your application, you must also provide us with your digital wallet address so that we can credit your digital wallet with the requested UCC.

5) You must then provide us with identification to ensure our compliance with Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) regulations - This can normally be verified electronically. We will send you a link to do this.

6) Once we have verified your identification, we will then deposit the Universal Capital Coin (UCC) into your digital wallet. The transaction will then be in force, and you will be subject to your chosen "Lock In" period.

7) You then send us the required payment. Please ensure that you provide the Reference/Account number that we provided to you. The process is then complete, and you can start receiving your monthly returns.

8) The monthly payment of your returns will be paid directly to your bank account for the duration of your chosen Lock In period.

9) We can accept payment with cryptocurrencies. Telephone or email us if you wish to use this method of payment so that we can provide you with the necessary instructions. Most cryptocurrencies are acceptable.

Once you have decided that you wish to proceed by electronically signing the documents we send you, we will carry out identification checks which can usually be carried out electronically and immediately. Once these checks are completed and you have provided us with your digital wallet address, we will credit the wallet with the requested UCC.

How do I get my money back?

When your “Lock In” period has come to an end after 2, 3 or 5 years, just email us confirming you would like us to “Buy Back” the digital currency and we will provide you with instructions of what you need to do. This information is also clearly available on our website.

Please note that we may, at our discretion, “Buy Back” all or some of the digital currency at any time after 12 months from the date of your purchase. In such circumstances, Participants will receive the original amount they paid and any returns accrued up to the date of “Buy Back”, but will not receive any premium or further returns.
